We have recently discovered that Instagram users on iPhones with iOS 13 are having difficulties downloading our Limited Edition Collection PDF files. When the file is downloaded, instead of seeing the file contents, the user sees random ‘code’. The following users are NOT affected by this bug:

• Instagram users using older versions of iOS or Android.
• iPhone users using non-Instagram browsers such as Safari and Chrome.
• Android users using non-Instagram browsers such as Chrome.
• PC and Mac users.

We are truly sorry for the inconvenience, and are trying to work with Instagram and Apple to find a solution to the issue. In the meantime, we can provide you with instructions on how to successfully download our Limited Edition Collections:

1. Exit Instagram and open a web browser on your device (Safari, Chrome, etc.).
2. Go to https://www.goldenpaintworks.com/collections/.
3. Click the desired download links and your browser will download them for you to enjoy!

We have also learned that for iSO 13 users, downloads are now saved in File Folder on the Apple device, and are no longer opened in iBooks. If you use a browser in iOS 13 and cannot find your download, please look in File Folder.
